Unique Security Group has the Central Coast’s only 24 hour Operations Centre that provides Alarm Monitoring, CCTV Monitoring and Vehicle Tracking. We can also provide Call Centre / Help Desk services.
Our Operations Centre staff are highly trained in listening to your needs and providing immediate over-the-phone assistance. Our staff workloads are low enough to ensure you will not be placed on hold or wait in a queue to be answered by the next available operator. We have implemented a number of Policies and Procedures to ensure our services and service levels are truly “Unique”.
Unique’s Mobile Patrol Officers are equipped with an Electronic Verification System; this system ensures that we conform to our client’s requirements by providing an electronic report of attendance times and inspection locations. Our vehicles are fitted with an EziTrack Satellite Tracking and Vehicle Monitoring System, a Mobile Phone, a Motorola Back-To-Base Radio and Satellite Navigation.
